The Tenth Annual Herzliya Conference, January 31 - February 3, 2010, Campus of the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Herzliya.

Topic of the Conference was: The Quest of Leadership: Governance and Strategy.

  
One of the many prominent guests who participated at the Conference was Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Chairman of the SPD Parliamentary Group in the German Bundestag,  and former Minister of Foreign Affairs. He was the guest of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung and was Keynote Speaker in the Panel: "Primus inter Pares? The US and the Global Order", on February 1, 2010. Marking its tenth Anniversary, the Annual Herzliya Conference is organised in cooperation with the IDC - The Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy, and the IPS - Institute for Policy and Strategy.
